React Native iOS SME

Overview:

Our client is seeking an experienced React Native iOS SME to lead the development and optimization of our iOS native app experience. This role requires full-stack capabilities and deep familiarity with mobile-first design and Apple ecosystem best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the iOS-specific development of WeDo’s React Native app. 
• Own end-to-end delivery: front-end UI, API integration, and secure data handling. 
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Backend teams to implement habit-forming daily activities and streak tracking features. 
• Integrate push notification systems optimized for the iOS environment (including deep linking). 
• Ensure accessibility, performance, and compliance with App Store standards. 

Qualifications:

• **6+ years in mobile development, with a focus on iOS and React Native.**
• Multiple apps launched and maintained in the App Store. 
• **Experience in building full stack systems with secure cloud storage (e.g., Firebase, AWS, or similar).** 
• **Strong knowledge of Apple UX standards, permissions, and notification handling. **
• Experience with Jira and Confluence.
