Cisco Voice Engineer

Location: US

We are seeking a highly skilled Cisco Voice Engineer with strong collaboration expertise to join our team. This is a direct hire position with a US-based client, offered as a remote role with very minimal travel (up to 10%).

Key Responsibilities:
  • **Analyze customer scenarios and design optimal voice solutions using Cisco technologies.**
  • **Guide customers to ideal outcomes through expert advice and hands-on support.**
  • **Perform rapid troubleshooting and break/fix in complex environments.**
  • Implement and optimize SIP conversions, SIP normalization, and CUBE configurations.
  • Deliver Microsoft Teams <> Call Manager integrations via Direct Routing.
  • **Provide expert-level UCCX support.**
  • Participate in pre-sales processes, including BOM creation and customer-facing materials.
  • Communicate project status clearly and consistently to customers and supervisors.
Qualifications;
  • **CCNP Collaboration (required); CCIE Collaboration is a plus.**
  • **Strong background in SIP and CUBE programming.**
  • **Expert-level UCCX experience.**
  • **Experience with Microsoft Teams integrations and Webex Calling/Contact Center is highly desirable.**
  • Knowledge of QM products (Calabrio) and paging/emergency management tools (Singlewire) is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think quickly in dynamic situations.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Prior consulting experience preferred.
