Financial Data Analyst

Location: Only for Argentina Residents

Requirements:

• **At least 2 years work experience in a fast paced, high financial volume environment. **
• **Good English ability and communication skills (Must-have).**
• **Worked at least for 1 or 2 US based companies in a similar position. Each period of employment could not be less than a year. **
• **Proven experience as a senior bookkeeper the potential and interest in advancing to an accounting role, or as an accountant with strong bookkeeping experience. **
• A solid understanding of general accounting principles, including accounts payable/receivable, bank statements and general ledger management. 
• Experience in financial reporting, including preparation of profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
• **Proficiency in accounting software (Netsuite is preferred ), Microsoft Excel (Must-have, e.g. pivot tables, formulas, etc.), Google Workplace. **
• Experience in managing multiple company bank accounts and credit cards. 
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset to take on more complex accounting tasks in the future. 
• Understanding of U.S. local, state, and federal accounting and tax regulations.
• Bachelor degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.

Responsibilities:

• Maintains accurate and up-to-date general ledger (GL) entries.
• Processes and manages data entry of bills and CC charges.
• Prepares monthly financial reports and summaries.
• Reconciles bank statements and cash accounts.
• Assists in analysis reporting.
• Assists in vendor and contract management.
