Software Engineer

Qualifications:

• **Experience: 3–5 years of professional software development experience.** 
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field. 
• Technical Skills:
  • **Strong proficiency in Python. (Experience with Golang is a plus). **
  • **Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). **
  • **Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). **
  • **Experience with Agentic AI and Large Language Models (LLMs). **
• Domain Knowledge: Experience in the insurance, healthcare, or SaaS industries is a strong plus, particularly involving claims processing or data-heavy workflows. 
• Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, eagerness to learn new technologies, and clear communication skills for remote collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Core Platform Development: Design, code, and test scalable backend services and APIs using Python and modern cloud technologies. Translate requirements into clean, efficient, and maintainable code. 
• System Implementation: Contribute to the development of distributed systems. deeply understanding the codebase to implement features that support Agentic AI workflows and automated compliance checks (e.g., HITRUST, SOC 2). 
• Collaboration: Work closely with Product Managers and Senior/Principal Engineers to understand business requirements (such as auto-adjudication logic or provider credentialing flows) and deliver technical solutions that meet those needs. 
• Quality & Maintenance: Write comprehensive unit and integration tests. Participate in code reviews to ensure best practices, identify bugs, and improve overall system reliability. 
• DevOps & Infrastructure: Assist in deploying and monitoring applications using containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes within cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure).
