Implementation Specialist (Fintech / Payments Migration)

Remote (LATAM) | Contractor | Advanced English Required

We are looking for an Implementation Specialist to lead client onboarding and migration projects for enterprise financial software solutions. This role focuses on end-to-end client implementations, software configuration, and cross-functional coordination to ensure successful product adoption in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to guide migrations, configure systems according to business needs, and ensure smooth implementations.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead end-to-end client migrations and software implementations
• Manage a pipeline of approximately 25–30 clients simultaneously
• Translate client business requirements into product configurations and solutions
• Provide implementation guidance and best practices to customers
• Configure software solutions according to defined project scope
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success and internal teams
• Track implementation milestones and provide structured status updates
• Handle client communication and escalation management

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience in software implementation, onboarding, or customer implementation roles
• Experience managing multiple client implementation projects simultaneously
• Experience working with CRM systems, workflow platforms, or financial software
• Strong client communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to translate business requirements into system configurations
• Strong organization and multitasking skills
• Experience in payments operations, fintech, or regulated onboarding environments is a plus
