Full-time | Software Implementation | Client-Facing Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Implementation Specialist to join our client’s growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with customers, configuring software solutions, and ensuring successful adoption of new platforms.

What You’ll Do:

  • Deliver excellent customer service via phone, email, and web meetings.
  • Become fully knowledgeable in the company’s product and map client requirements to product capabilities.
  • Participate in kick-off meetings, requirements gathering sessions, and configuration reviews.
  • Configure the software according to project scope and client needs.
  • Provide best-practice recommendations to help clients meet their business goals.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with the Customer Success team to ensure smooth implementation and client satisfaction.
  • Provide regular updates on project deliverables, timelines, and milestones.

Required Experience:

  • 2+ years of software implementation experience (mandatory).
  • Experience in customer service, scheduling, client support, or similar transferable roles.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Preferred Experience (Nice-to-Have):

2+ years using or administering:

  • CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Dynamics)
  • Database-driven workflow tools (ServiceNow, Pipefy, Kissflow, Camunda)
  • Financial management or accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP FI/CO, Xero)

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree, college diploma in a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
