We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer to build cutting-edge AI Agents that transform pharmaceutical R&D and clinical operations.

This is a high-impact role where you will design and develop end-to-end solutions, working closely with product, design, and business teams to solve real-world problems using AI.

What You’ll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using Python, FastAPI, React, and TypeScript
• Build and scale AI-powered agents and platforms
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
• Own features from concept to production
• Implement automated testing and ensure code quality

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience as a Full-Stack Engineer
• Strong experience with Python and modern backend frameworks (FastAPI preferred)
• Strong frontend experience with React and TypeScript
• Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
• Experience with automated testing (unit and functional)
• Experience with Git and modern development workflows
• Strong ownership mindset and problem-solving skills
• Advanced English (daily communication required)

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI/ML or AI Agents
• Experience with OpenSearch/Elasticsearch
• Knowledge of OAuth2 or modern authentication
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines
• Agile/Scrum experience
