We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead finance transformation and ERP migration initiatives within the Financial Services industry.

Responsibilities:

• Lead large-scale finance transformation and ERP migration projects from planning through deployment and adoption.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects involving cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Coordinate internal teams, leadership, third-party vendors, and consultants.
• Track, escalate, and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Drive project governance, stakeholder communications, and status reporting.
• Facilitate project meetings and ensure successful delivery against timelines and objectives.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of Project Management experience.
• Strong background leading Finance Transformation or ERP Migration projects.
• Experience within Financial Services environments.
• Knowledge of Finance and Accounting concepts such as Chart of Accounts, General Ledger mapping, and financial processes.
• Experience working with Oracle Fusion or other SaaS Finance platforms (SAP, NetSuite, Dynamics 365, Workday, etc.).
• Experience managing third-party suppliers and consulting partners.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience working with LATAM stakeholders.
• Fluent Spanish and English required.
• PMP, Prince2, SAFe, or Accounting certifications are a plus.
