MLOps Engineer | Remote | Contractor | English Required

We are looking for an experienced MLOps Engineer to join a leading biopharmaceutical company focused on AI-driven innovation in drug discovery.

This role is focused on designing, deploying, and scaling Machine Learning models in production environments, with strong involvement in Python development, automation, and cloud infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• Own and manage ML deployment pipelines end-to-end
• Build scalable and cost-efficient ML deployment strategies
• Develop and maintain ML workflows and automation using Python
• Containerize and deploy models using Docker
• Build and maintain MLOps infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines
• Implement testing, monitoring, and security best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in MLOps or similar roles
• Proven experience deploying ML models to production
• Strong hands-on experience with Python
• Experience with Docker, Linux, and distributed systems
• AWS experience (S3, EC2, etc.)
• Terraform / Infrastructure as Code experience
• SQL databases experience
• Strong software engineering and system design skills

Nice to have:
• PyTorch or deep learning experience
• Healthcare or pharma industry background
• Experience building ML pipelines from scratch
