Technical Project Manager (AI / Machine Learning / Software Engineering) | Remote | Contractor | English Required

We’re looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to support cutting-edge Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Software Engineering initiatives for a leading global biopharmaceutical company.

You’ll help engineering teams improve project execution by driving documentation standards, roadmap planning, project tracking, operational excellence, and continuous process improvement across multiple concurrent technical initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple concurrent technical projects.
• Standardize engineering documentation and project frameworks.
• Track milestones, risks, and project progress.
• Support roadmap planning with engineering leadership.
• Coordinate project administration, vendor activities, and onboarding.
• Identify and implement process improvements that increase team efficiency.
• Communicate project status clearly to technical and executive stakeholders.

Requirements

• 4+ years of Project or Program Management experience supporting Software Engineering, Data Science, or Machine Learning teams.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent technical projects.
• Familiarity with software development documentation and technical project workflows.
• Working knowledge of Machine Learning and/or Software Engineering concepts.
• Experience with Agile project management.
• Excellent written communication skills in English.
• Strong organizational skills with a proactive approach to identifying risks and improving processes.
