About the Role

We are building an AI-native delivery practice focused on unlocking operational leverage through scalable, intelligent solutions. As an AI Delivery Specialist, you will contribute directly to the design and deployment of AI-powered systems — including LLM integrations, copilots, and agent-based workflows — working alongside a collaborative team in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.

Responsibilities

• Support diagnosis of client workflows to identify AI and automation opportunities
• Assist in translating business goals into technical roadmaps under guidance
• Participate in the design and deployment of AI-native systems in production environments
• Build AI-powered workflows, copilots, and agent-based solutions
• Apply guardrails, evaluation loops, and AI risk mitigation strategies
• Integrate AI solutions into business systems via APIs
• Contribute to scoped engagements, supporting timely delivery of solutions

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience working with or building AI-native systems (professional, academic, or project-based)
• Hands-on experience with LLMs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar
• Proficiency in Python or JavaScript (required)
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or equivalent
• Understanding of AI workflows, copilots, and agent-based systems; exposure to RAG solutions or API integrations
• Knowledge of AI risk mitigation concepts (e.g., prompt injection, guardrails)
• Strong communication skills in English; comfort engaging with clients under supervision
• Ownership mindset, adaptability, and ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
