Job Details:

We are seeking a hands on AI Architect to join our growing AI team. Being a hands on role, you will be comfortable writing production code and building AI models/services. The role combines deep technical expertise in AI/ML with the ability to engage clients, shape solutions, and guide cross-functional teams from ideation to implementation. As an AI Architect, you will play a pivotal role in designing robust, scalable AI systems tailored to the unique needs of our customers.

Qualifications:

• **10+ years of overall experience in software/IT.
• **5+ years working with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.).**
• **3+ years designing end-to-end AI/MLOps architectures and leading projects.**
• **Expertise in Golang and its application in AI development.**
• **Proficiency in data structures, algorithms, and optimization techniques.**
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Understanding of SAP data models and business processes (desirable).

Key Responsibilities:

• Design end-to-end AI solutions (data pipelines, models, MLOps, deployment).
• Collaborate with clients and lead AI discovery workshops.
• Define best practices, evaluate tools, and optimize AI system performance.
• Support business development with technical expertise and demos.
