AI Solutions Engineer / AI Automation Engineer

We are building an AI-native delivery practice focused on helping clients accelerate time-to-value and unlock operational leverage through AI-powered solutions.

We are looking for an AI Delivery Lead who can translate business challenges into scalable AI-powered systems and deliver measurable outcomes.

This is a client-facing, delivery-focused role, not a traditional developer position.

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose client workflows and identify AI and automation opportunities
• Translate business goals into technical roadmaps and AI solutions
• Design and deploy AI-native systems in production environments
• Build AI-powered workflows, copilots, and agent-based systems
• Architect scalable and secure multi-tenant solutions
• Define guardrails, evaluation loops, and AI risk mitigation strategies
• Integrate AI solutions into business systems via APIs
• Lead client engagements end-to-end and ensure timely delivery
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders and drive measurable ROI

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years building and deploying AI-native systems in production
• Hands-on experience with LLMs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar
• Active use of AI-native development tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar AI-assisted IDEs
• Experience designing scalable AI architectures including AI workflows, copilots, agent-based systems, RAG solutions, and API integrations into business systems
• Ability to design guardrails, evaluation loops, and mitigate AI risks (e.g., prompt injection)
• Good system architecture skills (scalable and multi-tenant design)
• Ability to translate business problems into practical, ROI-driven technical solutions
• Strong communication skills and client-facing experience
