Call Center Representative

Location: Only for Argentina Residents

Requirements:
  • **2–3+ years of experience working with US-based companies.**
  • Daily use of English as the primary language when communicating with customers.
  • Previous experience in roles such as: Call Center Representative, Customer Service Representative, Project Coordinator (Job titles may vary; relevant experience is what matters)).
  • **Proven experience booking appointments or scheduling services for customers.**
  • **Strong ability with lead management, data entry, and contact tracking within CRM tools.**
  • **Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.**
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • **Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering a positive experience.**
  • Fast learner, able to quickly understand and retain new concepts, terminology, and processes.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, follow structured processes, and meet daily targets.
  • Comfortable working with phone systems, email, text messaging, and web-based platforms.
Key Responsibilites:
  • Manage inbound and outbound client communication via phone, email, and text.
  • Accurately enter and maintain client data in Buildertrend and other CRM tools.
  • Book and schedule leads, ensuring accuracy and proper qualification.
  • Follow up with potential clients and document all interactions.
  • Meet or exceed daily and weekly KPIs related to calls, talk time, and booked leads.
  • Collaborate closely with the Call Center and Sales teams to meet productivity goals.
  • Maintain updated product and service knowledge.
  • Handle confidential client information responsibly and securely.
  • Participate in ongoing training and coaching sessions.
