Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in system integrations, implementation projects, or technical client-facing roles ***
• Familiarity with APIs, data mapping, ETL pipelines, or system integrations ***
• Experience working with ERP, HRIS, finance, payroll, or other enterprise SaaS platforms ***
• Solid understanding of schemas, data structures, and data flows 
• Strong understanding of business systems workflows, such as:
  • Finance 
  • Accounting 
  • HR 
  • Operations 
• Experience supporting or implementing integrations between enterprise systems 
• Ability to test, validate, and troubleshoot integrations in real-world environments 

Preferred Experience

• Prior exposure to ERP or HR systems (e.g., NetSuite, Workday, Sage Intacct, payroll or HR platforms) 
• Experience working on integration or implementation projects 
• Background in customer-facing technical or implementation roles 

Responsabilities

• Own and manage integration projects for ERP, HR, and financial systems 
• Act as the primary integration point of contact alongside the client’s PM 
• Understand client workflows and translate them into integration requirements 
• Work with APIs, schemas, and data mappings to configure integrations 
• Build integrations using an AI/chat-based iPaaS tool (no heavy coding required) 
• Perform testing, validation, and troubleshooting to ensure reliable data flows 
• Ensure integrations meet business and technical expectations before go-live 
• Communicate clearly with clients regarding progress, risks, and next steps 
• Maintain a strong sense of ownership from kickoff through delivery
