Project Execution Coordinator (PEC) / CHILE

Project Details:
  • ELS (Energy and Location Strategy) is primarily responsible for supporting the offsite, data center infrastructure operations. Examples of the type of work they focus on includes: 
    • Data Center road improvements & access, water waste treatments & water access, substations & power access, transmission lines, underground utilities, earthwork, heavy civil infrastructure projects, land acquisition & procurement, etc. 
  • This consultant will be acting as the coordinator for 3-4 campuses based in Santiago, Chile supporting the regional program managers (x2), strategic negotiators, and contract designers helping to handle relevant project management administrative tasks 
  • Generally: 
    • Provisioning end-to-end Project Management support for their portfolio of Data Centers. This includes and is not limited to support for acquisitions, due diligence, risk management, utilities agreements, etc. 
Must Have Skills:
  • **4-8 years of Construction-based Project Coordination, Project Management, or Project Admin experience **
  • **Contract Management experience **
    • **Procurement processes, due diligence, contract negotiations, change orders/management, RFI’s, zoning exp, etc. **
  • **Bi-Lingual**
    • **English & Spanish Speaking is a must **
    • **Can speak & write in Spanish in order to communicate with their stakeholders located in Santiago, Chile who are managing the data center campuses there** 
  • **MS Suite** 
    • **Able to put together PowerPoint presentations & slide decks, take detailed notes, file reports, etc. **
    • **Schedule Management experience **
    • **Cost Management experience **

    • Skyvine 
      • for financial & procurement processes 
      • It provides tools for submitting funding requests, tracking financial approvals, communicate approved change orders, managing purchase orders, and streamlining financial workflows 
    • Quickbase 
      • for data quality management & PM processes 
      • Software used to create custom applications to manage workflows, data, and processes without needing extensive coding knowledge 
    • Accord 
    • To manage contracts, update documents, and submit change orders 
      • Ideal Utilities / Infra Background or experience in: 
      • Water / Plumbing / Sewer / Irrigation / Water Line Delivery / Water Treatment 
      • Civil Infrastructure 
      • Power generation / substations 
      • Road development 
      • Construction 
      • Commercial Real estate 
      • “Capital Projects” 
      • Mission critical projects 
    • PMP certified or other relevant certifications
