Senior Application Administrator – Workday
The Senior Application Administrator – Workday is part of the Application Administration
department within the IT Enterprise Applications Solutions team, supporting our HR
Operations and Global Compliance team n. This position is responsible for the day-today administration, deployment, monitoring, and enhancement of the Workday system,
focusing on integrations, business process development, security configuration,
compliance, and Workday-to-ADP integration. As a subject matter expert, the individual
collaborates across teams to optimize Workday processes, debug complex issues, and
ensure system alignment with organizational goals and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Workday Integration Management:
- Design, build, and support the testing of Workday integrations using Workday
- Studio, EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder), RaaS (Reports-as-a-Service), and
- Workday Web Services API technologies.
- Develop and maintain integrations between Workday and ADP, ensuring the
flawless transfer of payroll inputs, employee data, time tracking, and benefits
information. - Partner with payroll and HR teams to ensure Workday-to-ADP integration
supports accurate payroll processing and compliance requirements. - Troubleshoot connectivity issues between Workday and ADP, ensuring
consistent data flow and system synchronization. - Oversee testing and deployment of new integrations and modifications to existing
integrations. - Ensure timely escalation and resolution of risks and issues arising from
integration projects.
Experience:
- **At least 5 years of experience administering Workday for a large organization, with
a focus on integrations and business process development.** - **Proven expertise in Workday technologies (Studio, EIB, RaaS, API) and
configuration.** - **Hands-on experience designing and maintaining Workday-to-ADP integration,
including development, testing, and troubleshooting of data transfers.** - Extensive knowledge of HR processes, system testing, and compliance
requirements. - Hands-on experience designing and maintaining Workday security roles and
policies. - Ability to work collaboratively across teams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven
environment.
