Senior / Mid-Level Backend Engineer (.NET/C#)Remote | Contractor | English Required

We are looking for a Backend Engineer with strong experience in the Microsoft ecosystem and modern backend development practices.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of software development experience
• Strong hands-on experience with C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core, and .NET 8
• Experience building REST APIs and backend services
• SQL and relational databases experience (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle)
• Experience with ASP.NET Core, EF Core, Git, and CI/CD workflows
• Knowledge of OAuth 2.0, JWT, SSO, Active Directory, and backend security
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• English communication skills required

• Design and maintain scalable backend services
• Build and optimize REST APIs
• Improve existing codebases and system performance
• Collaborate with Product, QA, Frontend, and DevOps teams
• Participate in architecture discussions and code reviews
