Senior Salesforce Engineer / Technical Architect — Agentic AI Focus
Remote | Full-Time Contractor | English Required | 6 months (possible extension)
About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior Salesforce Engineer / Technical Architect who combines deep hands-on development skills with architectural expertise — and who is genuinely ahead of the curve on Agentic AI. This is not a role for someone who simply uses AI tools; we need someone who has built and configured AI agents within real development workflows.
You’ll be designing and implementing systems where AI agents handle development, automation, and testing tasks while engineers supervise and validate results — with Claude Code as a core tool in that stack.
Responsibilities:
-Design and implement Salesforce architecture for complex, enterprise-level projects.
-Build, configure, and maintain AI agents integrated into Salesforce development workflows.
-Implement agentic AI workflows using Claude Code, enabling automated development, testing, and quality assurance with human-in-the-loop oversight.
-Lead and execute migrations between Salesforce organizations.
-Evaluate, introduce, and roll out new development tooling for technical teams.
-Define best practices and development standards for Salesforce engineering teams.
-Collaborate with engineers to review and approve AI-generated outputs within established processes.
Requirements:
-Proven experience as a Senior Salesforce Engineer and/or Technical Architect, with strong hands-on development skills.
-Demonstrated experience building and configuring AI agents within real software development or automation workflows — not just using AI-assisted tools.
-Experience working with Claude Code or comparable agentic AI coding tools.
-Experience migrating between Salesforce organizations (multi-org migrations at scale).
-Track record of implementing new development tools or processes for technical teams.
-Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) — required.
-Ability to work full-time as a contractor in a fully remote setting.
-Based in one of the following countries: México, Colombia, Argentina, Perú, República Dominicana, Chile, Uruguay, Costa Rica, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, El Salvador, Bolivia, Paraguay, Ecuador, or Panamá.
Nice to Have:
-Salesforce certifications (Technical Architect, Application Architect, or equivalent).
-Experience leading or mentoring Salesforce engineering teams.
-Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines within Salesforce development contexts.
